A fair review, pros and cons
Affordable rates combined with an excellent location near attractions and the train station for easy exploration make this a solid choice for budget travelers.
My room faced the street, leading to significant noise disturbances, which compromised my overall comfort and rest .

Extremely comfy beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. Had marvellous location adjacent to main railway station, right next to Aeronef Live Music Venue. Very pleasant people working here.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.
The room was quite small. The bathroom had a sliding door that didn't provide enough privacy, uncomfortable. There was also no creamer provided for the kettle, so we had to settle for UHT milk from a nearby store instead.

Loved Mohamed the receptionist! And the location was perfect - directly outside Flandres station...would stay there again!

Location next to the station and handy for Euralille shopping centre and the town centre. Modern rooms, comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast ok and there's a little terrace which is nice if it's sunny.
Room at the back was quiet with window closed but a big a/c unit outside meant I had to keep window closed and with no a/c in the room, it got quite hot; and it wasn't a hot day.

exploring the heart of lille within walking distance
my stay here was fantastic, as I enjoyed the hyper-comfortable bed after a day of exploring iconic spots like the Porte de Paris, just a short 10-minute stroll away, and the beautiful museums that are all less than 15 minutes on foot.

Location
The room looked ok but smelled of drains - the smell was coming from the shower outlet. With a room at the back, at night a noisy exhaust vent pumped chip scented air into our room. The window needed to be opened for ventilation because the hotel was very hot even though it was only 20 degrees outside but the curtains snagged if you tried to open the window. Breakfast was basic for 9 euros each, with coffee from a machine, old fruit, bread that had run out, and a breakfast attendant who although very pleasant kept wiping food surfaces with what looked like a very dirty cloth - really offputting. On departure the checkout person didn't look away from the tv or respond to our goodbye. Most hotels are happy to mind your bags, but here there were only a small number of luggage lockers which had to be paid for. These were all full so we had to cart our bags round with us all morning. Really disappointed by this hotel.

Amazing and fantastic location close to a railroad station, staff affable. Delicious food including a delicious and excellent breakfast with fresh bread, pastries, and fruit...

Centrally located with quick access to the regional rail station. The rooftop breakfast area offers a lovely ambiance with fresh pastries.
Room sizes tend to be cramped. Bathrooms feel tight, and the sliding door design can lead to a lack of privacy. Noise from the main road can disrupt sleep if your room faces the street, especially early in the morning. Wi-Fi connection struggles at times, and lacking air conditioning can.

The location was perfect for me. I was travelling alone and had arrived via train, It was only a 10min walk from the Eurorail Train station to hotel. The hotel is directly across from the Metro station making it very accessible to get around. Tons of restaurants and shops, even a large grocery store to choose from in the area. The view was beautiful both day and night but it can get noisy in the wee hours after the bars close if your room faces the center which is where mean was. The breakfast on the 7th floor deck was a pleasant way to start of the day. Best croissants ever!!!
There was only 1 iron available for the entire hotel. It was almost impossible to get it when you needed it as it was always with a guest. The Hotel's Welcome information guide in the room states you get a Welcome basket on your arrival, but no such basket exists. It should be standard all rooms have clock radio. A Mini fridge would have been nice.

Central location next to station Lille-Flandres
Due to the central location not very quiet, rooms in the back suffer from an noise from the air-conditioning, but I slept well
